Final Judgment was awarded on September 25, 2025 in Civil Case No. 24-CA-009185, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, AS SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I TRUST 2006-AC3, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AC3 is the Plaintiff, and GLENDA VALLEJOS-INDA; MARK INDA; CITIBANK, N.A.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY-INTERNAL REVENUE; SYMPHONY ISLES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

LOT 44, BLOCK 2, SYMPHONY ISLES UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE 50, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH, COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
