NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 25-CA-002248 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and Harland Edouard; Cypress Creek of Hillsborough Homeowner’s Association, Inc. a/k/a Cypress Creek of Hillsborough Homeowners Association, Inc.; Preferred Credit, Inc. are the Defendants, that Victor D.
