Reserve at Pradera Community Development District

The Preserve at Pradera Community Development District will hold an aquatic workshop on Saturday, October 25, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., at the Reserve at Pradera Clubhouse, 12051 Pradera Reserve Blvd., Riverview, Florida 33579.

The purpose of the workshop is to present general information as it relates to the District’s aquatics. No Board action will be taken during this workshop. The workshop is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with Florida law. A copy of the agenda for this workshop may be obtained from the District Manager, at 2700 S. Falkenburg Rd, Suite 2745, Riverview FL 33578, [email protected], or by calling 813-533-2950. The workshop may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified on the record at the workshop. There may be an occasion where one or more supervisors will participate by speaker telephone.
