NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 25-CA-001697 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Navy Federal Credit Union is the Plaintiff and Robert Ellerman; Jennifer Ellerman are the Defendants, that Victor D. THE SOUTH 20 FEET OF THE NORTH 3/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THAT PORTION LYING IN PARCEL ONE DESCRIBED ABOVE AND LESS THE EAST 25 FEET THEREOF CONSISTING OF ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY, RESERVING TO THE GRANTOR A NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS PARCEL TWO.
