Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Order or Final Judgment entered in this cause in the County Court of Lee County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Lee County, Florida, described as:
Condominium Unit No. 105, Building J, CENTRAL PARK SOUTH TWO, a Condominium according to the Condominium Declaration as recorded 1773, Page 4676 and as subsequently amended, all in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements and all appurtenances thereunto appertaining and specified in said Condominium Declaration.
SUBJECT TO that certain mortgage to BARNETT BANK OF LEE COUNTY, N.A. from LUCILLE A. WALSH, a single woman, dated April 5, 1985, and recorded in Official records Volume 1777, page 487, of the public records of LEE County, FLORIDA, securing a promissory note in the original amount of $36, 350.00; and grantees by the acceptance of this deed, assume and agree to pay, with a present
principal balance of $30345.13.
