NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment in Mortgage Foreclosure signed June 16, 2025, and entered in Case No. 23-CA-005176, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida. CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF RALPH A. DUPUY; CAPE CORAL CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; BARRY JAMES DUPUY; LOREN ANN SINENI; FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY LLC A/K/A FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY D/B/A PRIMUS FINANCIAL SERVICES; CITY OF CAPE CORAL, FLORIDA, are defendants. Kevin Karnes, Clerk of the Circuit Court for LEE, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash Via the internet at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m., on the 23RD day of OCTOBER, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 41 AND 42, BLOCK 4755, CAPE CORAL UNIT 70, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 58 THROUGH 87, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
