and commonly known as: 2599 COUNTRYSIDE BLVD APT 117, CLEARWATER, FL 33761; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on December 9, 2025 at 10:00 A.M..
