ROWAN AKA MARK ALAN ROWAN, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of Circuit Court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on November 5, 2025 at 10:00 AM, the following described property:
LOT 4, BLOCK 4, REVISED MAP OF THE COUNTRY CLUB ADDITION OF OLDSMAR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim per the requirements set forth in FL Stat. 45.302.
