NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 25, 2025 and entered in Case No. 25000315CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida wherein CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC, is the Plaintiff and JULIE FAYE LABREE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JULIE FAYE LABREE; SOLAR MOSAIC, INC.; AQUA FINANCE, INC.; SECTION 20 PROPERTY OWNER’S ASSOCATION, INC.; are Defendants, I, Roger D Eaton, Charlotte County Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on October 31, 2025, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
