Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on September 29, 2025, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, Crystal K. Kinzel, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida described as:
UNIT NO. 16-C, THE COURTYARDS AT QUAIL WOODS, A CONDOMINIUM, ALL AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND FORMING A PART THEREOF, AS RECORDED AT OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK, 2227, PAGE 1416, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
THE ABOVE DESCRIPTION INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, ALL APPURTENANCES TO THE CONDOMINIUM UNIT ABOVE DESCRIBED, INCLUDING THE UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM.
and commonly known as: 4259 COVEY CIR #16-C, NAPLES, FL 34109; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112., on November 6, 2025 at 11:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
