YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for Breach of Equipment Finance Agreements (Naples Direct Medical, PLLC) and Breach of Guaranty (Mary Anne Constance Farris) has been filed against you in Collier County, Florida for the amount of $192,019.57, plus interest accruing at the contract rate of 1.5% per annum from July 15, 2023.
A complaint has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Anthony Aragona, Esq., the Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 1036 Grove Park Circle, Boynton Beach, FL 33436, on or before 1/6/2026 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
