NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 532025CA001128A000BA of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and Joseph Donald Bertrand a/k/a Joseph Bertrand; Roseanna Maude Robbins a/k/a Roseanna M. Robbins; Rebecka Lesley Allasia Rawson a/k/a Rebecka Rawson; Dividend Solar Finance LLC; GoodLeap, LLC are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 25th day of November, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT(S) 10, 11 AND 12, TOGETHER WITH THE EAST 1/2 OF VACATED ALLEY ADJOINING THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOTS, BLOCK B, W. S. PRESTON’S ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 83, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
