NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on September 26, 2025 in Case No. 2025-CA-000677-0000 of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff, and GABRIEL JAMES WEISS, CHRISTINA MARIE LOPEZ, NANCY FULLWOOD LOPEZ, CRAIG RAYMOND LOPEZ and MATTIE POINTE HOMEOWNER’S ASSOCIATION, INC are Defendants, the Office of Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA, Polk County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash wherein bidding begins at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time on www.polk. realforeclose.com, on the 10th day of November, 2025, in accordance with Section 45.031(10), Florida Statutes, and pursuant to Administrative Order No 3-15.16, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 126 OF MATTIE POINTE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 185, PAGE(S) 44, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Also known as 1548 MATTIE POINTE PLACE, AUBURNDALE, FL 33823
together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
