NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 2, 2025 entered in the above styled case, Case No. 2024CC000447AX of the County Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BAYSHORE ON THE LAKE CONDOMINIUM APARTMENT OWNERS, INC. is the Plaintiff and TERRY BROSTOWIN is the Defendant, that Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, the Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller, will sell the following property, in MANATEE County, Florida, described as:
UNIT 111-B, BUILDING E, BAYSHORE ON THE LAKE CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, SECTION 4, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 954, PAGE 995-1015, AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 9, PAGES 142 AND 143, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 9, PAGE 142, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, 11:00 A.M. on December 18, 2025. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier’s check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier’s check.
