NOTICE OF RULE DEVELOPMENT
WATERLEFE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT

The Waterlefe Community Development District hereby gives notice of its intention to revise the rules and rates relating to usage of the District’s golf course pursuant to Section 190.011, Florida Statutes. The purpose and effect of the proposed amendments are to address golf play and pricing of the District golf course. Specific legal authority for the rule amendments includes Sections 190.011, 190.035 and applicable provisions of Chapter 120, Florida Statutes.

A public hearing will be conducted by the Board of Supervisors of the Waterlefe Community Development District on Monday, the 17th day of November, 2025, during the meeting of the Board of Supervisors beginning at 2:00 p.m., at the Waterlefe Golf Club, 1022 Fish Hook Cove, Bradenton, Florida 34212.
