NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated September 17, 2025 entered in Civil Case No. 2025 CA 001096 NC in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein EF MORTGAGE LLC, Plaintiff and AQUAHOLIC FRESH FISH MARKET LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company; HOLLY CUNNINGHAM, an Individual are defendants, Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of Court, will sell the property at public sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com beginning at 9:00 AM on November 4, 2025 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:.
LOT 1 AND THE SOUTH 25 FEET OF LOT 2, BLOCK B, SECOND ADDITION TO VAMO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 55, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
