INC.; NIGEL LUCOMBE; REGIONS BANK, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO AMSOUTH BANK; BRIDGEWATER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NIGEL LUCOMBE; GRAND OAKS MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s).
