YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for Breach of Equipment Finance Agreements (Iceman’s Transportation, LLC) and Breach of Guaranty (Jonathan Michael Cretella) has been filed against you in Hillsborough County, Florida for the amount of $194,492.41, plus interest accruing at the contract rate of 18% per annum from January 1, 2023.
A complaint has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Anthony Aragona, Esq., the Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 1036 Grove Park Circle, Boynton Beach, FL 33436, on or before November 3, 2025, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
