YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a mortgage on the following real property, lying and being and situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
LOT 22 AND THE EAST 5 FEET OF LOT 21, FIVACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE 63, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
more commonly known as 1304 West Burger Street, Tampa, FL 33604.
