NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure for Enforcement of Assignment of Rents and Leases and for Breach of Note dated August 28, 2025, issued in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in Case No. 24-CA-007584, wherein CIVIC FINANCIAL REAL ESTATE HOLDINGS III, LLC is the Plaintiff, and RAD DIVERSIFIED REIT, INC., A MARYLAND CORPORATION are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, VICTOR D.
