NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 7, 2025, issued in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in Case No. 25-CA-003376, wherein GITSIT SOLUTIONS, LLC, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF GITSIT MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST BBPLC1 is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, SPOUSES, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF VINCENT JAMES NASELLI, JR., DECEASED, SOPHIA CARMENATY BLANCO A/K/A SOPHIA BLANCO, CITY OF TAMPA and HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY CLERK OF COURT are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, VICTOR D. CRIST, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on November 12, 2025, at electronic sale beginning at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com the following-described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:

BEING THE SAME PROPERTY CONVEYED TO VINCENT J NASELLI, JR. AND ANA VILLEGAS, BOTH SINGLE AS JOINT TENANTS WITH RIGHTS OF SURVIVORSHIP, BY WARRANTY DEED DATED APRIL 22, 1996 AND RECORDED ON MAY 15, 1996 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8149 AT PAGE 432 OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
