Kevin C. HORTON, INC., A DELAWARE CORPORATION BY THAT DEED DATED 07/17/2019 AND RECORDED 07/18/2019 IN INSTRUMENT 2019000167993, OF THE LEE COUNTY, FL PUBLIC REGISTRY.
