NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 3, 2025, and entered in Case No. 25-CA-002304of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein AVAIL 1 LLC is the Plaintiff and DAVID SMITH; BELLA TERRA OF SOUTHWEST FLORIDA, INC.; TOWNHOMES I AT BELLA TERRA ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA; LVNV FUNDING, LLC; UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY – IRS; AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ALL OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH OR UNDER ANY OF THE NAMED DEFENDANT AND ANY OTHER PERSONS CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE REAL PROPERTY WHICH IS THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS ACTION BY AND THROUGH OR UNDER OR AGAINST THE NAMED DEFENDANTS HEREIN, are Defendants, KEVIN C.
