NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 3, 2025 entered in Case No. 25-CA-001077of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida wherein BH GLOBAL INVESTMENTS, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, is the Plaintiff(s) and TSAVO GROUP INC, a Florida corporation; and DIAMOND GULF CONSTRUCTION, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the 30th
day of October, 2025 at www.lee. realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
A portion of Tract “A” in Block 2371 in “Cape Coral Unit 35” as recorded in Plat Book 16, at Pages 100 through 111, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southeasterly corner of Lot 1, Block 2371 of said “Cape Coral Unit 35”, said point also being the Northeasterly corner of “Tract A”, Block 2371 of said “Cape Coral Unit 35”; thence Southeasterly along the arc of a circular curve to the left having a radius of 2910.18 feet through a central angle of 5°44’50” for a distance of 291.91
feet to a point of tangency; thence South 26°48’23” East, 405.35 feet to a Point of Beginning; thence continue South 26°48’23” East, 159.13 feet; thence South 63°10’25” West for a distance of 748.50 feet; thence South 63°12’28” West for a distance of 33.59 feet to the Southwest corner of Tract “A”; thence North 00°01’34” West, a distance of 496.71 feet; thence South 89°50’24” East, a distance of 626.39 feet to the Point of Beginning.
