NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered September 25, 2025, entered in Civil Case No.: 25-CA-000094 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR SEQUOIA MORTGAGE TRUST 2016-1, Plaintiff, and CARLOS M. PEREZ; TATIANA M. CARVAJAL; TD BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 8th day of January, 2026, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 25, 26 AND 27, BLOCK 574, UNIT 12, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 49 THROUGH 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
