NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 1st of October 2025, in Case No. 25-001360-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE OF RESIDENTIAL INVESTMENT TRUST IV, is the Plaintiff. Final Judgment entered in favor of the Plaintiff, against Defendants, WHITE ACQ, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company; JASON WHITE; ANDREW SUPINA; CDW HOMES LLC; ENVISION PROPERTY SERVICES LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2. Ken Burke Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk’s website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 AM on the 12th day of November 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
