NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorneys Fees and Costs, dated August 13, 2025, and entered in Case Number: 2024 14006 CICI, of the County Court in and for Volusia County, Florida, wherein COQUINA COVE OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff, APOSTOLAS P. BOUZAS, individually; DANA N. SANDERS, individually; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; and ALL UNKNOWN TENANTS/OWNERS, are the Defendants, the Volusia County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale on-line at www.volusia.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 o’clock A.M. on the 12th day of November, 2025 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Award of Attorneys Fees and Costs, to-wit:
