Lapidus, individually and as Trustee of the CK Lapidus Family Trust; Unknown Trustee of the CK Lapidus Family Trust; Unknown Beneficiaries of the CK Lapidus Family Trust ; Christopher Lapidus a/k/a Christopher Henry Lapidus ; United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 30th day of January, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
