NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff’s Motion to Reschedule the Foreclosure Sale Date entered in Civil Case No. 17000629CA of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR REGISTERED HOLDERS OF CHASE FUNDING MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-2 is Plaintiff and WILLIAM POPKO and MARLI APARECIDA SILVA, et al, are Defendants.
