Parry a/k/a Jarrod Parry; Kayden J Parry are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 1st day of December, 2025, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
