NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Final Judgment of Damages for Breach of Guaranty dated May 15, 2025 and the Agreed Order Granting Plaintiff’s Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated October 7, 2025, in the above-styled cause, the Clerk of Circuit Court Crystal K. Kinzel, shall sell the subject property at public sale on the 20th day of November, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the First Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex in the Collier County Courthouse, located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East Napes, Florida Suite 102 on the following described property:
THE WEST 75 FEET OF THE EAST 150 FEET OF TRACT 78, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 26, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, AT PAGE 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 4371 Pine Ridge Road, Naples, FL 34119.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
