Kinzel, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on November 13, 2025 at eleven o’clock a.m. held in the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to-wit:
See Exhibit “A” attached hereto and made a part hereof and known as Site 71, Tract L-5, Quail Creek Village, together with a one-third interest in common parcel L-5 (Described on Exhibit “B” attached hereto and made a part hereof.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
