NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 27, 2025 and entered in Case no. 2025-CA-000038 in the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida wherein MCCV HOLDINGS LLC, a Florida limited liability company, is the Plaintiff and LA KARAMELLA HOMES LLC, a Florida limited liability company, et.al., are the Defendants. Stacy M. Butterfield, CPA, Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller of Polk County, Florida, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on-line at www.polk.realforeclose.com , at 10:00 AM (Eastern Time), on November 25, 2025, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
