YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for Breach of Equipment Finance Agreements (Stampede Express, Inc.) and Breach of Guaranty (Jessica Nicole Katzenberger and Codey J. Jones) has been filed against you in Manatee County, Florida for the amount of $190,920.86, plus interest accruing at the contract rate of 18% per annum from July 1, 2024.
A complaint has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Anthony Aragona, Esq., the Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 1036 Grove Park Circle, Boynton Beach, FL 33436, on or before 11/20 2025, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
