YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for Dissolution of Marriage has been filed against you, including a request to partition real property located at 1207 13th Avenue North, Bradenton, Florida 34205, and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Erin K. Barnett, Esq., counsel for the Petitioner, Monique Cyr, whose address is 1700 66th Street North, Suite 206, St. Petersburg, FL 33710 on or before 28 days after first publication through the Business Observer, and file the original with the clerk of this Court at 1115 Manatee Avenue W, Bradenton, Florida 34205, before service on Petitioner or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
