NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 17, 2025, and entered in Case No. 2024-CA-003682-NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which CYMBIDIUM RESTORATION TRUST, is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF BARRE YEAGER, DECEASED; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF DIETTE ENGLAND YEAGER A/K/A DIETTE YEAGER, DECEASED; ASHLEY D.
