SCOTT KIRCHEN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SCOTT KIRCHEN; THOMAS KIRCHEN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THOMAS KIRCHEN; TENANT #1, AS UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION; and TENANT #2, AS UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION,

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure as to Count I entered in the above styled Case Number 2024 CC 007508, in the County Court of Sarasota, Florida, that the Clerk of Court for Sarasota County will sell the following real property, in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Unit 1414, Building B, BELLA VILLINO IV, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Instrument Number 2005198471, as thereafter amended, and as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 38, Page 15, as thereafter amended, of the Public Records Sarasota County, Florida together with an undivided interest in the common elements.
With a street address of 4142, Apt. 1414, Central Sarasota Parkway, Sarasota, FL 34238
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash via Internet at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on November 24, 2025. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk of Court a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier’s check payable to the Clerk of Court. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier’s check.
IF THIS PROPERTY IS SOLD AT PUBLIC AUCTION, THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL MONEY FROM THE SALE AFTER PAYMENT OF PERSONS WHO ARE ENTITLED TO BE PAID FROM THE SALE PROCEEDS PURSUANT TO THIS FINAL JUDGMENT.

PLEASE CHECK WITH THE CLERK OF THE COURT OF SARASOTA COUNTY, WITHIN TEN (10) DAYS AFTER THE SALE TO SEE IF THERE IS ADDITIONAL MONEY FROM THE FORECLOSURE SALE THAT THE CLERK HAS IN THE REGISTRY OF THE COURT.
