Final Judgment was awarded on September 30, 2025 in Civil Case No. 2024 CA 004284, of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A is the Plaintiff, and LAURREN THERESA WALKER, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE JOHN J. WALKER AND; ANNE GRAYSON WALKER, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE JOHN J. WALKER AND HE; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE JOHN J. WALKER AND HELEN D. WALKER REVOCA; ARAC ROOF IT FORWARD LLC; JOHN MATTHEW WALKER; PAUL S. WALKER; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

LOT 1, TRACT 1A, CARROLLAND SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 39, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLOIRDA.
