THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA
WILL CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE FOLLOWING:

ORDINANCE NO. 1509-25

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA AMENDING SECTION 51.23 OF THE CITY CODE OF ORDINANCES, REPEALING AND REPLACING THE SCHEDULE OF RATES AND CHARGES FOR THE USE OF OR AVAILABILITY FOR THE USE OF POTABLE WATER, WASTEWATER (SEWER), AND RECLAIMED WATER EFFECTIVE ON OR AFTER NOVEMBER 1, 2025; PROVIDING FOR REPEALER, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

The public hearing will be held on October 27, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. in Council Chambers, City Hall, 5335 8th Street, Zephyrhills, Florida. The full text of the ordinance is posted in City Hall and may be inspected by the public from 8:00a.m. to 5:00 p.m. weekdays. All interested parties may appear at the meeting and may be heard with respect to the proposed ordinance or may submit written comments to City Council, 5335 8th Street, Zephyrhills, FL 33542.
