LOT 2221, BEACON SQUARE UNIT 18-C, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 78, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
