Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Uniform Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 8, 2025, in case number 2025-CA-000628 in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein SOUTHSTATE BANK, N.A., a national banking association, as Plaintiff, and CARL JAMES WILSON, TUESDAY WILSON, husband and wife, NIKKI ALVAREZ-SOWLES, as Clerk and Comptroller for the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, STATE OF FLORIDA (OFFICE OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL BUREAU OF VICTIM COMPENSATION), UNKNOWN TENANT 1 and UNKNOWN TENANT 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 3rd day of December, 2025, the following described real property as set forth in said final judgment, to wit:
Tract 2, Lot 6, in Block 16, Pasadena, as per plat recorded in Plat Book 1 Page 57, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, also described as #2 Gillam’s Subdivision, being more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Northeast corner of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 3, Township 25 South, Range 21 East; thence along the South right of way of Beth Street, as described within the subdivision map of Dade City Heights, as recorded in Plat Book 2 Page 76 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, North 89° 35’ 30” West for a distance of 163.00 feet for a Point of Beginning; thence South 02° 22’ 18” West, leaving said right of way and being along the West right of way of Josephine Lane as described in Official Records Book 3259 Page 1749, a distance of 116.74 feet; thence North 89° 46’ 14” West along the North right of way of said Josephine Lane, a distance of 65.02 feet; thence North 02° 25’ 51” East, leaving said right of way for a distance of 117.00 feet to a point of intersection with the South right of way of aforementioned Beth Street; thence South 89° 32’ 34” East along said South right of way for a distance of 64.90 feet to the Point of Beginning.
