NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered September 03, 2025 in Civil Case No. 24-CA-001637 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein FTF LENDING, LLC is Plaintiff and One Hour House Solutions LLC, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, VICTOR D. CRIST, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 3rd day of November, 2025 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:

AND BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 8, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN THENCE SOUTH 115.93 FEET FOR POINT OF BEGINNING, THENCE WEST 115.49 FEET, SOUTH 115.92 FEET, EAST 115.49 FEET, NORTH 115.92 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, LESS RIGHTS-OF-WAY FOR ROADS.
