NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered October 1, 2025, entered in Civil Case No.: 25-CA-006010 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY. FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR THE FLIC RESIDENTIAL MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 1, Plaintiff, and ZACHARY HILTON; MIA HILTON; CITRUS STEEPLECHASE HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
VICTOR D. CRIST, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 26th day of February, 2026, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, STEEPLECHASE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 94, PAGE 53, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
