Lots 25 and 26, SAN MARINO BAY ESTATES, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 68, Pages 17-1 through 17-5, inclusive, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida. With the following street address: 5807 Mariners Watch Drive, Tampa, Florida, 33615.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on November 13, 2025.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
