NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 24-CA-003407 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, PROVIDENT FUNDING ASSOCIATES, L.P., Plaintiff, and, UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF BILLY EDWARDS, JR., DECEASED, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of Circuit Court, Victor D. Crist will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on November 10, 2025 at 10:00 AM, the following described property:
LOT 19, BLOCK 4, THERESA ARBOR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 56, PAGE 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim per the requirements set forth in FL Stat. 45.302.
