NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on October 3, 2025 in Civil Case No. 25-CA-001982, of the Circuit
Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC. is the Plaintiff, and JOSHUA ALLEN LINSCHOTEN; COURTNEY D. LINSCHOTEN; CYPRESS CREEK OF HILLSBOROUGH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,
UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

LOT 9, BLOCK 6, MAP OR PLAT ENTITLED “CYPRESS CREEK PHASE 2” AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 109, PAGE 282 THROUGH 304, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
