NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Assignment of Leases and Rents dated October 8, 2025, issued in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in Case No. 25-CA-003163, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR LEGACY MORTGAGE ASSET
TRUST 2024-INV1 is the Plaintiff, and DDH FUND LP, A DELAWARE LIMITED PARTNERSHIP are the Defendants.
