NOTICE OF ETHICS TRAINING WORKSHOP
K-BAR RANCH COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT

The Board of Supervisors of the K-Bar Ranch Community Development District will hold an Ethics Training Workshop on November 12, 2025, at 6:00 PM at the K-Bar Ranch II Amenity Center located at 10820 Mistflower Lane, Tampa, Florida 33647.

The purpose of the workshop is to review ethics rules for public officials. The workshop is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law. The Board of Supervisors will not take any action at this workshop. The workshop may be continued to a date, time, and place to be specified at such meeting.

A copy of the agenda for the workshop may be obtained from the District Manager, via email at [email protected], Phone (813) 565-4663, during normal business hours or from the District’s website at www.kbarranchcdd.com.

Pursuant to provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations to participate in this workshop is asked to advise the District Office at (813) 565-4663, at least 48 hours before the workshop.
