NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant Order on Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale entered on October 13, 2025, and to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on May 8, 2025, in Case No. 2024-CA-002299 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is Plaintiff, and JORDAN ANTHONY ZACKERY A/K/A JORDAN A. ZACKERY, CHAU M. ZACKERY, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., LAKEVIEW VILLAGE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., and UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A MAHKI COOPER, are Defendants, the Office of Victor D. Crist, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 A.M. on the 20th day of November, 2025, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 4, LAKEVIEW VILLAGE SECTION “I”, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 84, PAGE(S) 84, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
