NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Order Scheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on October 14, 2025 in the above-referenced matter pending in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, the Clerk of this Court, Victor D. Crist, will sell the following described property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida:
A tract of land lying In the Northeast 1 /4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 28, Township 29 South, Range 19 East, Hillsborough County, Florida and being more particularly described as follows:
Point of Reference, commencing at the Southeast corner of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 28, continue West along the South line of Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4, a distance of 351.55 feet to a point on the Westerly right-of-way line of 49th Street, thence North 00 degrees 01 minutes 40 seconds West along said Westerly right-of-way line, a distance of 224.00 feet, thence departing said right-of-way line West a distance of 125.00 feet, to the Point of Beginning of this description; Continuing West 125.4 feet, thence North 00 degrees 01 minutes 40 seconds West 175.00 feet thence East 250.4 feet, thence South 00 degrees 01 minutes 40 seconds East 75.00 feet, thence West 125.00 feet, thence South 00 degree 01 minutes 40 seconds East, 100.00 feet to the point of beginning, of this description.
